The American Balkan Global Chamber of Commerce is built on a distinctive proposition: connecting American capital, enterprise, and innovation with the wealth of opportunities emerging across Southeast Europe.
Across the Balkans, substantial investment is being directed toward infrastructure modernization, energy transition, transportation networks, digital connectivity, manufacturing, critical minerals, logistics, and industrial development.
The region also occupies one of Europe’s most important strategic crossroads, linking Central Europe, the Adriatic, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Black Sea region, and commercial routes extending further east. This geography has made the Balkans increasingly important to transportation, energy, supply-chain, and cross-border investment strategies.
Through a network of executives, investors, and entrepreneurs, the Chamber provides the relationships, local knowledge, strategic introductions, and cross-border connections necessary to identify and pursue opportunities throughout the region.

Natasha Sivevska
Sustainable Fashion, Circular Economy, Social ComplianceNatasa Sivevska is a globally renowned textiles expert. She was a Key Expert for McKinsey for Digital Transformation of the Apparel Sector in Turkey. She also serves as the Executive Director of the TTA- Textile Cluster of North Macedonia. Prior projects include a PPP project financed by GIZ Germany and implemented by WAIS Consulting. She has worked extensively with several funds, including as a Project Manager with the EU Open Regional Fund Project. Sivevska was a Project Manager at SEE Transnational Programme, a Project Coordinator at IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria, and Project Coordinator at USAID Competitiveness Project. Sivevska earned her Bachelor of Science in Textiles Manufacturing and Engineering at the Faculty of Technology and Metalurgy in North Macedonia.
